How we handle your data

Plekky B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 81935366) handles your personal data with care. This page briefly explains why we process data and what rights you have.

What data do we collect?

If you submit a search request, letting proposal or contact form on our site, we store the details you enter yourself: name, email address, phone number, company name and your message. We use this data solely to get in touch with you about your enquiry.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep lead data for as long as needed for the process (on average a few months) and then for up to 7 more years for our records, in line with Dutch statutory retention rules.

Cookies and analytics

We use functional cookies to keep the site working, and analytics cookies to understand visitor behaviour. Marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Send us a message at hallo@plekky.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
