How long do I (sub)let an office for?
Generally you (sub)let your office through Plekky for 1 year. We've found this to be the most comfortable term for both tenant and landlord. In many cases you can of course extend the contract.
What does it cost to let out my office?
For letting out your office we usually charge 10% of the first year's rent. This includes advice on the possibilities, professional photography, sourcing potential tenants, viewings, a solid lease agreement and proper after-care.
What does it cost to rent an office through Plekky?
There are no costs for the tenant when searching for and/or renting an office through Plekky.
Am I allowed to sublet my office?
In many cases it's allowed to sublet (part of) the office. It is important, however, to have permission from the landlord and/or owner.
Is (sub)letting my Plekky safe?
For letting out your Plekky we use solid (sub)lease contracts. This way clear agreements are made in advance and we prevent any unpleasant situations.
Can I also (sub)let individual desks?
With Plekky we only let office spaces (Plekky's), not individual desks.
